The Baseballs - Candy Shop (50 Cent Rock ‘n Roll cover)
These guys are fantastic! Berlin based 50’s style Rock ‘n roll or rockabilly covers of current hits… but the videos really make it. See also Chasing Cars, Hello and Umbrella.

Cocorosie - Werewolf
I’ve never come across this act before, CocoRosie (Bianca “Coco” and Sierra “Rosie” Casady) from Paris. I stumbled across tracking back from a remix. And I’m glad I did. Interesting song, I’m keen on checking them out.
Delta Heavy - Get By
What an awesome video, from Ram Records and Delta Heavy, the London based duo of Ben Hall and Simon James. Enjoy!
Hums - Colourblind
Hums is one man, in his bedroom studio, making music. After this track was picked up by The Coolhunter, however, this song garnered a large amount of attention. Now he’s releasing his tracks on Airborne too (http://strain.fm/SiCJK). In fact you can get everything he releases on Airborne now, so go check it out.
Portugal. The Man - All Your Light
Never one to shirk from an unconventional and generally WTF video, this is the new one from indie rockers Portugal. The Man. Always entertaining, always interesting
Taxi Violence - Unholy (NSFW)
I had the good fortune of chatting to the Taxi Violence boys yesterday on the Bro Show on 2 Oceans Vibe Radio, particularly interested in what it was like to film this video with the entirely fuckable Tanit Phoenix. I’m sure this video has, ahem, single-handedly, brought in a whole lot of extra attention onto the track… which is in itself a great track. It seems Tanit was only supposed to dance around in her lingerie, the extra steps further were actually her idea. And kudo’s to her! I appreciate her going the extra mile. You can also catch Taxi Violence on Airborne. And check out the podcast of the show on 2 Oceans Vibe Radio.
Aesop Rock - Zero Dark Thirty
Heeeee’s back. Aesop Rock’s new album should be coming soon. This is a brand new track heralding the return.
Sub Focus (feat. Alice Gold) - Out of the Blue
New Sub Focus, taking their path to mainstream success… much in the line of DJ Fresh, Camo and Krooked and Nero.
Not the Sub Focus I remember, but still a cool track.
I was stoked to be at the CTEMF workshops today. Chatting about Airborne. Now time to unwind to the beats of one Mark Stevens.
